17. Unsolicited Submissions Policy
Arcwell Productions LLC does not accept unsolicited submissions of creative material of any kind, including scripts, treatments, concepts, ideas, storylines, pitches, artwork, audio or video recordings, or proposals for film, television, podcasting, or digital media projects.

Do not send any creative materials to the Company. Any unsolicited submission will be deleted or discarded without review, and no confidential or fiduciary obligations will arise from such submission. By making an unsolicited submission despite this policy, you irrevocably waive any claims relating to the submission, including claims for idea theft, copyright infringement, breach of implied contract, or misappropriation.

This policy is standard within the entertainment industry and is enforceable under Georgia law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
